Spoilers for Spider-Man Far From Home below the cut.


Just some random initial reactions:

I was so happy about getting another movie with Fury, and then it turned out it wasn't Fury, but then I was promised another Fury movie in the future so it's all okay! I did feel like he was being a bit too much of a hard-ass and slightly out of character, so that twist felt right to me, but I'll have to rewatch it.

That moment on the plane when Peter does the Tony thing and builds his own suit and puts his arm in the hologram!! My heart!!!!

J.K. SIMMONS! I can't believe they did that, I'm so happy.

But oh man, Tony, you fucked up so bad, why you build so many killer drones? At least make your killer drone A.I. smart enough to recognize when it's being used to kill a bunch of innocent people, including Peter Parker and a bunch of kids!

I love how Peter's enemies are always people who are pissed off at Tony Stark. Poor kid.

Overall I loved this movie and I continue to be a sucker for the MCU. I really am so excited about finding out what's gonna come next.

So... it sounds as if a part of the message from the movie is that older generations are going to make loads of things they think are amazing and will save the world, and the next generation is going to spending forever running around clearing up after them? ;)
